Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over phone, email, and chat. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
