Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Team Lead - Bilingual at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
