As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering highly sensitive information into our online portal, conducting investigations, and communicating with clients and third parties via email and phone. Key Responsibilities

* Enter highly sensitive history checks into online portal

• Frequently speak with clients and third parties via email and phone
• Conduct investigation information from previous employers using internal database and other resources
• Order drug tests when criminal checks match client's standards
• Perform in a team environment daily
• Think independently, research, and compare information
• Work onsite during scheduled shift
• Multitask while utilizing multiple screens during workday
