Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll work closely with customers over phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional service to customers
