Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Chat Advisor to join our team in Warren, MI. As a Marketing Chat Advisor, you'll play a critical role in providing consultative assistance to customers through web chat software, supporting product line promotions, and dealership operations. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize web chat software to provide consultative assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Support product line promotions and dealership operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through web chat software or other digital channels
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including product line promotions and dealership operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the automotive or related industries

  • Knowledge of web chat software and other digital customer engagement tools
  • Certification in marketing or customer engagement (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
