Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With our comprehensive training program, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert through comprehensive training and ongoing support
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
