Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all interactions with customers are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
