Job Summary

As a Customer Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via email, phone, and other digital channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
