Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift (Full Time, $20/Hr Start)

- *Primary Responsibilities:**
• Enter Bills of Lading (BOL) information into our AS400 system from scanned documents at service centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, guaranteeing high-quality data.
- Maintain high production levels while upholding accuracy, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- *Key Qualifications:**
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
- Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
- Proficient with AS400
- Accurate typing and spelling skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
