Urology Territory Manager - NY, NJ, PA

- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth in biopsy and cryoablation procedures
- Identify and close new business opportunities within urology practices, hospitals, and health systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and clinical stakeholders
- Coordinate and drive trial processes, evaluations, and product approvals
- Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical education tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with clinical specialists and leadership to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support
- 2–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (urology experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a procedural environment (OR and office-based cases)
- High level of accountability, work ethic, and integrity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements
- Urology, surgical, or capital equipment sales
- Experience with biopsy, imaging, or ablation technologies
- Familiarity with hospital systems, IDNs, and navigate private practice dynamics
- Experience selling or participating in clinical procedures
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure ($100,000 - $120,000)
