Key Responsibilities

As a remote online data entry clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in online research studies, focus groups, and product testing sessions
• Completing data entry tasks, such as surveys, questionnaires, and product reviews
• Providing feedback and opinions on various products and services
• Working independently from home, using your own computer or mobile device
• Maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring that your device meets the necessary technical requirements
• Meeting the minimum typing speed requirement of 25 words per minute
• Being able to read, write, and take direction as required by the study

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Be a current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as it may provide more opportunities)
• Have a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Be able to focus and follow through on tasks
• Have basic data entry skills and be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Have a background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support (although not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Word or Excel
• Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support
• Ability to use a webcam and conduct studies using your smartphone

Pay and Benefits

As a remote online data entry clerk, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, with some studies paying up to $250 per hour. We also offer:
