Job Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a high-energy, fully remote Contact Center with dedicated inbound and outbound sales, customer service, retention, chat, and a bilingual team. Our first-class training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team, assist and retain valued customers, and increase your earning potential through upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

* Work remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment to be successful in this role

  • Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February
  • Manage the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
  • Use gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure consistent support for our customers

Qualifications

* High School/GED

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed
  • Ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen

Work from Home Requirements

* Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise

  • A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
  • Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
