Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist and research panelist to join our team. As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for entering data into our system, conducting research studies, and providing feedback to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from data entry to research studies, and will be able to choose your own schedule and hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct research studies, including online focus groups and product testing
- Provide feedback to our clients on their products and services
- Work independently, with minimal supervision
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Familiarity with online research studies and focus groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
