- Shift Differential: Receive an additional $1.50 per hour for working between 6PM-6AM, and $1.00 per hour for working on Saturdays and Sundays between 6AM-6PM.
- Incentive Plan: Earn up to an additional $350 per month by meeting performance metrics, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence.

What You’ll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls
in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
Listening actively
to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.
Accessing cardholder accounts
to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
Assisting cardholders
with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, with a focus on providing accurate and timely information.
Processing transactions efficiently
via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision.
Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner
, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge
of company and client programs, policies, and technology, with a focus on staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Supporting team operations
during peak times or absences, with a focus on maintaining seamless service and ensuring that customer needs are met.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience

Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
.
Comply with camera requirements for meetings and training
.
Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection
to support business needs.
- Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
Have working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
.
- Complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
1+ years of previous call center experience
