The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will help us build trust and loyalty with our customers, driving long-term growth and success for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our products and services
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
  • Respond to online chat inquiries and phone calls, providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring eligibility to proceed through training and certifications

Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
