Job Summary
As a Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in guiding and supporting our customers throughout their entire journey, from presale to installation and beyond. You'll collaborate with our customers to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and customer success will be invaluable in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the customer life cycle, from presale to installation and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and services
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Engineering and Operations, with a strong background in systems, software, infrastructure, and cloud computing
- 2+ years of experience supporting external customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, including design, deployment, and management
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage services
- Proficiency in Linux, with expertise in Bash and Shell scripting
- Strong understanding of cloud-native applications and microservices architecture
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AKS, EKS, GKE, and other cloud-based Kubernetes platforms
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and C programming languages
- Experience with DevOps and CloudOps practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
