Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our call center, you'll play a critical role in guiding customers and referral sources through their order process for products and services. You'll provide exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and online orders, utilizing your product and insurance knowledge to respond to inquiries and advise customers on shipping and order status. Key Responsibilities

* Guide customers and referral sources through their order process for products and services in a fast-paced environment

  • Provide world-class customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and online orders
  • Utilize product and insurance resources to respond to inquiries
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, pricing, and availability
  • Advise customers on shipping and order status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Related experience in customer service preferred
  • Home medical equipment or supplies, wellness, and/or healthcare experience a plus
  • General computer knowledge and ability to type 35 wpm
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Unrelenting commitment to success

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $22 per hour

  • In-person training (typically 90 days) required, hybrid option available after successful completion of training
