Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Efficiently Managing High-Volume Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing clear, accurate information to customers
- Accessing Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
- Assisting with Inquiries: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
- Processing Transactions: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
- Supporting Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Internet and Equipment Requirements: A verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection, a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection, and the ability to complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Previous Call Center Experience: 1+ years of previous call center experience
