Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll also be required to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, as well as demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and concerns
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
