Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from clients and members, providing accurate and timely information about our benefits and services

• Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of customer service
• Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Maintain good customer relations and provide exceptional service to our clients

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills

• Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
• Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
• Maintains good customer relations
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry

• Knowledge of benefits and insurance products
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
