Your Role

As a Remote Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Educating clients on tailored benefit solutions: You'll work with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized benefit solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Presenting to clients on Zoom: You'll use Zoom to present benefit solutions to clients, and must have a computer with a working webcam.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships: You'll work to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Managing client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism: You'll be responsible for managing client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Working independently as part of a high-performing team: You'll work independently as part of a high-performing team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Care Advisor. Some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for include:

  • High School Diploma or GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills: You'll need to have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Must be able to pass a background check: You'll need to be able to pass a background check to be considered for this role.
