Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience, and that our products and services meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound and outbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our products and services
  • Manage client accounts, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • High level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience
