Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Account Manager Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting arenaflex Business Services in their efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base. You'll act as a business partner to existing customers, driving increased sales and revenue over the telephone while enhancing customer satisfaction through regular contact and problem resolution. You'll work on straightforward tasks using established procedures, and you'll be expected to demonstrate the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Core Responsibilities

* Retain business customers by mining and growing accounts through solution-based selling and account management via the telephone

  • Make outbound calls to accounts to achieve sales quota metrics
  • Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required
  • Create proposals for customers related to the proposed solution and new sales opportunities
  • Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact via the telephone
  • Drive both sales growth and account retention by introducing various products and services available through arenaflex Business
  • Document effectively and accurately conversations and contact information into client management system
  • Work with customers to minimize down-grading or leaving arenaflex
  • Ability to function in a closely monitored environment, including continual monitoring of customer calls and productivity levels
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Additional Requirements:

* Demonstrates the ability to work independently with little or no supervision

  • In a virtual environment, arenaflex requires a minimum 100mbps speed, which is capable of being hard-wired into the provided equipment, either through a direct wall input or your router
  • Must have "home office" space in your home (See Home Office Requirements below)
  • Home Office Requirements:

+ Have a quiet work area in a location that provides privacy from other people, activities, and noise + Have a steady work surface + Have a comfortable chair + Adequate lighting + Fast and reliable internet service. If you live within the arenaflex footprint, this is largely covered as part of your employee benefits

  • Must reside in arenaflex's West Division for this position, which includes the states of Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming

Compensation and Benefits:

* Base Pay: $16.00

  • Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $29.22
  • Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets
  • Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that arenaflex provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma / GED

  • Relevant Work Experience: 2-5 Years
