As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including:

  • Competitive Pay: $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work from home and choose from a variety of 8-hour shift schedules during our business hours (Monday – Sunday, 24/7)

  • Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour for hours between 6PM- 6AM and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Sat and Sun, 6am-6pm)

What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently Managing Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, providing clear, accurate information to customers
  • Accessing Cardholder Accounts: Provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
  • Assisting with Inquiries: Help cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
  • Processing Transactions: Efficiently process transactions via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision
  • Communicating with Customers: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
  • Maintaining Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company and client programs, policies, and technology
  • Supporting Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to maintain seamless service

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information and connect with customers in a professional manner
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A calm and composed professional who can navigate challenging conversations with empathy and efficiency
  • Multitasking Skills: A focused multitasker who thrives in a structured, high-volume call center environment

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at Least 18 Years Old: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: In a call center, dispatch, or similar environment
  • Complete a Background Check: Pass a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Comply with Camera Requirements: Meet camera requirements for meetings and training
  • Have a Reliable Internet Connection: Possess a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs
  • Have a Dedicated Work Area: Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
  • Meet Internet Speed Requirements: Complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

1+ Years of Previous Call Center Experience
