Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident with a valid address
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
