We are scaling rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions and are looking for a Director of Marketing to add to support this growth.
The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Director of Marketing to drive customer acquisition, recurring revenue, and retention across multiple locations. This is an execution-focused role for someone with direct experience in lawn, pest, and adjacent home services marketing.
What You’ll Do
· Own marketing strategy tied to revenue growth and EBITDA
· Manage and optimize Google Ads, LSA, paid social, SEO, email/SMS, and direct mail
· Drive lead generation, bookings, and recurring service contracts
· Improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
· Launch and scale local marketing programs, events, and referral campaigns
· Build lifecycle marketing to increase retention, renewals, and upsells
· Track performance and adjust strategy based on data

Requirements· 5+ years of marketing experience in lawn, pest, and adjacent home services
· Proven success driving recurring revenue and lead generation
· Hands-on experience with performance marketing and direct mail
