The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is seeking a Product Sales Manager to lead growth of our Hydraulic Quick Connect product portfolio across the Europe. This role is the region’s primary product expert, enabling sales teams, supporting customer engagements, and driving new opportunity generation across Fluid Conveyance, multi‑divisional, and OEM channels.

In this role, you could be located in one of our Fluid Conveyance sites in Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Regional Growth: Spearhead sales initiatives for Danfoss's hydraulic quick connect products across the Europe, actively hunting for new applications, projects, and customers to expand our market presence.
  • Be the Technical Expert: Serve as the primary authority on our quick connect solutions. Your deep knowledge of design, performance, and applications will be crucial in guiding customers and internal teams.
  • Empower Sales Channels: Equip our Fluid Conveyance, OEM, and multi-divisional sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You'll deliver expert training, create compelling product demonstrations, and provide critical support during high-stakes customer meetings.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure our product roadmap and market strategies align with customer needs. You will be the voice of the customer, translating their feedback into actionable insights.
  • Champion Customer Success: Support the development of winning customer proposals by highlighting the unique value of our solutions. You will build and nurture lasting relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and end-users through site visits, trade shows, and technical events.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical background
  • 3–7+ years of experience in technical sales, product support, or application engineering
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and quick connect technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in customer‑facing environments
  • Experience working with OEM or multi‑divisional sales channels and understanding of market competitors
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
