Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Maryland. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and information as outlined in our approved Desk Reference Guides.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests for information in a professional and courteous manner
• Accessing internal and client systems to update screens, enter contact notes, and interpret screens
• Communicating with client staff as required and forwarding case and customer information via telephone, facsimile, or email
• Accurately responding to inquiries with a high degree of respect and professionalism
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of customer service experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or degree in progress preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Skills/Experience

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

• Ability to navigate up to seven separate systems and up to three systems simultaneously
• Ability to convey information and direction for multiple programs during a single interaction
• Previous experience as a customer service representative in a call center
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows and ability to learn new systems quickly
