Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Providing accurate and clear information about arenaflex products and services
- Helping customers understand and manage their benefit packages effectively
- Maintaining professionalism and a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in customer service (we'll train the right person!)
