Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits to provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Scheduling and conducting detailed virtual benefit reviews via Zoom to ensure clients understand their coverage and benefits.
  • Guiding clients through the benefits enrollment process, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Completing a report card for each client after their benefits review to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction, including active listening, clear explanation, and empathetic response.
  • Basic computer proficiency for smooth virtual communication, including familiarity with Zoom and other digital tools.
  • A dedicated work ethic and a commitment to excellent service, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • A dynamic, engaging personality that builds trust and rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional time management skills for efficient operations, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple clients, and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field, with knowledge of life, accident, and supplemental health products.
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Fluency in multiple languages to support clients with diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with CRM software and other digital tools to manage client relationships and data.
