Your Role

As a Remote Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a critical role in educating clients on tailored benefit solutions and presenting to clients on Zoom. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Educating Clients on Tailored Benefit Solutions: You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized benefit solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Presenting to Clients on Zoom: With our virtual presentation capabilities, you'll have the opportunity to present to clients remotely and build relationships with them in a virtual setting.
  • Developing and Maintaining Long-Term Client Relationships: Building strong relationships with clients is at the heart of our business. You'll work to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.
  • Managing Client Portfolios with Accuracy and Professionalism: You'll be responsible for managing client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support.
  • Working Independently as Part of a High-Performing Team: As a Remote Customer Care Advisor, you'll work independently as part of a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for managing your own workload and meeting your sales targets, while also contributing to the success of the team.
