What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers with empathy and understanding
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously learn and develop your skills to stay up-to-date on products and services
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (15 mbps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Base wage starting at $15.25 per hour plus performance bonus and opportunities
