Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference in people's lives.

What We're Looking For
* Must reside in Arkansas: We're looking for individuals who are based in Arkansas and can commit to working from home.
- Must be at least 18 years old: We require all applicants to be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary for this role.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience: We're looking for individuals with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have open availability during operating hours: You'll need to be available to work during our operating hours.
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential: Strong customer service skills are a must for this role.

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
