What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish English – Remote in New York, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers.   • Answering incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Providing product or service knowledge to customers
  • Utilizing computer systems and technology to manage customer interactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet connection (25mbps) and a hardwired connection to your home router

Reporting and Success Metrics

You'll report to the Team Leader and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. Your performance will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

  • First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Average Handling Time (AHT)
  • Quality Monitoring Scores
