Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, your primary responsibility will be to ensure positive customer interactions with one major product line (Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace) of arenaflex's members. You will interact with members, applicants, providers, and agents via telephone, identifying their concerns and resolving inquiries in a timely and effective manner. You will also escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist, working closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and complaints via telephone in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner

  • Research and resolve member issues, escalating complex cases to a Benefit Specialist as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Benefit Specialists, to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, adhering to arenaflex's service standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Job Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration preferred

  • Experience: Two years' experience in customer service, with demonstrated proficiency in handling high-pressure situations and verbal and written communication
  • Certifications/Licenses: State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license preferred; other relevant certifications or licenses may be considered

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues
