Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve client needs and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets
