Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. You will assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options, respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims, and schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers. To succeed in this role, you will need to maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options

- Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers

Who We're Looking For
* No prior customer service or insurance experience required
- High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
- 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
