Job Description
As a Data Entry Research Panelist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data entry and research studies to customer service and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in data entry and research studies, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
- Conduct online surveys and focus groups, using your webcam and smartphone to engage with our clients
- Enter data accurately and efficiently, using your keyboard and mouse to complete tasks
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently, managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Collaborate with our team, sharing your ideas and expertise to drive innovation and growth
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) preferred
- Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment, including a laptop and webcam
- Familiarity with online survey and data entry tools, such as Qualtrics and Google Forms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support
- Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or other related fields
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
