Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and providing product and solutions expertise to help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product and solutions expertise
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
