Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to resolve their inquiries efficiently, effectively, and with a positive attitude. You will also be responsible for learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, as well as striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's standards
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
• Upsell products or services as needed, ensuring customers are aware of available options
• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is required

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers and respond to their needs
• Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and resolving issues efficiently
• Ability to work in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy
• Must reside in California
