Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, driving revenue growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
