Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. This is an inbound program, no cold calling is required! We offer paid training and a remote full-time position. We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career.

What We’re Looking For
* Must reside in Texas.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must have open availability during operating hours.
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential.

- Self-paced Learner: Ability to independently study and successfully pass the state insurance exam following comprehensive paid training provided by arenaflex, which includes coverage of the exam fee.
Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
