Key Responsibilities

* Complete data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research trials

• Participate in online focus groups and provide feedback on various products and services
• Utilize a computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and communicate with arenaflex team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of completed tasks and research studies
• Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by arenaflex
• Collaborate with arenaflex team members to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality results

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful, but not mandatory)
• Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful, but not mandatory)
