Key Responsibilities
As a remote data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently processing data for various research studies and projects
- Working from home with a reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device
- Meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients through email, phone, or video conferencing
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current USA residency
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (not mandatory)
- Reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
- Data entry experience (25 words per minute typing speed)
- Familiarity with online research studies and product testing
- Ability to use a webcam and conduct studies using a smartphone
Pay and Benefits
As a remote data entry clerk, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study and up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions. We also offer:
