Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately and efficiently processing data for various research studies and projects
• Working from home with a reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device
• Meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients through email, phone, or video conferencing
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Current USA residency
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (not mandatory)
• Reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
• Data entry experience (25 words per minute typing speed)
• Familiarity with online research studies and product testing
• Ability to use a webcam and conduct studies using a smartphone

Pay and Benefits

As a remote data entry clerk, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study and up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions. We also offer:
