Job Summary

As a Mostly Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring prescription coverage for patients by assisting healthcare providers. This exciting opportunity begins with handling inbound faxes and transitions to managing phone calls in a call center environment. Responsibilities

As a Mostly Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
• Ensuring all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
• Following up with providers to obtain missing details
• Accurately inputting data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
• Handling approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
• Must be a resident of Massachusetts
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
