What We’re Looking For

We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:

• Must reside in Virginia: We're looking for candidates who are based in Virginia and are able to work from home.
• Must be at least 18 years old: We're looking for candidates who are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience: While not required, we prefer candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
• Must have open availability during operating hours: We're looking for candidates who are available to work during our operating hours, which may include weekends.
• Professional customer service aptitude is essential: We're looking for candidates who have a strong customer service background and are able to deliver exceptional service.

Home Setup Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet certain technical requirements, including:

• Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
• Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required, with no wireless or 5G internet packages allowed.
• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential, with a webcam video presence required during training and production. You cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
• Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets), with a cell phone not permitted for college of insurance training.
