Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to find the products and solutions they need
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Location

Our call center is located in Mesquite, TX, and we're looking for individuals who are willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Hours

* Training shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM

  • After training, your shift will be Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM-9 PM
