Your Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for guiding clients through enrollment in life and supplemental benefit programs, conducting virtual consultations, and educating families about their options. You will also be responsible for customizing benefit plans based on each client's individual needs, submitting applications, and following up on approvals. Additionally, you will attend team meetings and stay connected in a remote team culture.
