Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Providing legendary service to our customers by answering their questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Compensation and Perks
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $24 to $28 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. You'll also receive a $2 shift differential and have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
