Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Success & Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying at-risk customers, and working to rebuild trust and retain them. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service during each call with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify at-risk customers and develop individualized solutions to rebuild trust and retain them
  • Contribute to the successful achievement of customer service KPIs, including call time, first call resolution, customer retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Handle high call volumes, including inbound, outbound, email, and chat support
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
  • Provide knowledge and in-depth advice on hearing loss and related topics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and sales consultants
  • Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A great empathy and customer-centric mindset, with a natural ability to understand and connect with customers
  • A growth mindset, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn, adapt, and improve
  • Reliable network connectivity, with a download speed of at least 100Mbps and an upload speed of at least 20Mbps
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • A competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base rate of $23 per hour plus commissions, with a potential earnings range of $300-$600 per month
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including full medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid parental leave, open paid time off (PTO) policy, and paid sick time and paid company holidays

  • A remote, full-time schedule, with an 8-hour shift and 1 hour lunch break between the hours of 8AM-8PM in your local time zone, including rotating Saturdays
